A woman claims that during a conversation with an ex-Phoenix police officer, she was told that law enforcement have been told that they may have to go door to door and forcibly vaccinate people in the event of a deadly swine flu pandemic.

However, the former officer added that a good majority of cops would refuse to follow such orders.
